Following the succesfull You-Tube series about the life and music of opera composer Giacomo Puccini, 'Roadtrip La Boheme' will go on tour through the Netherlands with soprano Jeannette van Schaik and the Club Classique string quartet. They will perform aria's by Puccini and Verdi in combination with movie fragments from the series on a big screen.

A week from now Jeannette will make her debut in the role of Governess in a concert version of Britten's opera The Turn of the Screw.

In the 2018 tour 'Vol Verhalen' of the NESKO Orchestra, Jeannette will sing the soprano part in the world premiere of 'A Haunted House' (based on the novel by Virginia Woolf).
A newly written piece for soprano and chamber orchestra by the young dutch composer Mathilde Wantenaar.

Jeannette is extremely excited to announce that she will make her role debut as Mimì in Puccini's La Bohème in the Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg this coming December.
This will be a co-production with Opera Zuid with staging by Waut Koeken and under the baton of Karel Deseure.
